PROGRAM MISSION
To promote economic development and job opportunities through business structure and retention in the South Dallas Fair Park community. ICDC provides programs that promote entrepreneurship through its Business Assistance Center (BAC), and Business Incubator.
BUSINESS ASSISTANCE CENTER
Since 1994 the Business Assistance Center (BAC) has served as a resource center, supporting the successful growth of start-up and existing small businesses. We provide individual and group technical assistance training and education to neighborhood based businesses and individuals desiring to start a business. Clients will receive one-on-one counseling by one of our experienced Business Coaches who will guide them through the aspects of starting and/or growing their business. We also offer technical assistance in a group setting through our business seminars and training sessions.
Workshop registration is at 6pm on Thursdays with workshops starting at 6:30pm. Please call in advance to confirm location and availability. Click here for schedule and brief description of monthly workshop topics.

BUSINESS INCUBATOR
The Business Incubator at ICDC provides affordable spacious offices and amenities for start-up businesses. This program assist in the development of start up companies by defraying the cost associated with establishing a business office and by providing shared support services and technical assistance. The Business Incubator houses companies who have been in business for less than two years and provides them with the necessary professional elements that help foster successful entrepreneurship.
