As a HUD approved housing counseling agency, we are here to serve you freeof charge–and achieve your dreams of homeownership.
We provide prospective homeowners with free counseling in financial literacy, homebuyer education, credit counseling and restoration, pre and post-purchase counseling, home maintenance and neighborhood involvement–and eligibility for a $25,000 downpayment assistance grant.
We offer group and one-on-one counseling to help the prospective homebuyer become a secure homeowner.
We walk our clients through the home buying process – from pre-qualifying, to the mortgage application, all the way through closing and beyond. This program helps ensure that our homebuyers are ready when it comes to purchasing a home.
