To promote economic development and job opportunities through business structure and retention in the South Dallas Fair Park community. ICDC, in partnership with its partners provides free business technical assistance services to low and moderate income persons located within the City of Dallas.

BUSINESS RESOURCE CENTER
Since 1994 the Business Resource Center has supported the successful growth of start-up and existing small businesses. We offer business assistance to individuals looking to start or expand a micro-enterprise. Clients will receive one-on-one counseling by one of our experienced Business Coaches who will guide them through the aspects of starting and/or growing their business. We also offer technical assistance in a group setting through business seminars and training sessions.

BUSINESS INCUBATOR
The Business Incubator at ICDC provides affordable spacious offices and amenities for start-up businesses. This program assist in the development of start up companies by defraying the cost associated with establishing a business office and by providing shared support services and technical assistance. The Business Incubator houses companies who have been in business for less than two years and provides them with the necessary professional elements that help foster successful entrepreneurship.
